Free Samples
We provide free samples of most parts for customer to test before cooperation. If sample value more than US$100 we will charge the fee. But when customer purchase in batch order we will deduct sample fee in the order amount.
OEM And Customized Products
We accept OEM and customized orders. Customized service is to provide solutions. If you have drawings we will produce according to your drawings. If you cannot provide drawings or samples our technicians can make drawings based on your information. After drawing get your confirmation we carry out production of samples and bulk order.
Free Drawing
There are professional engineer team. We can design and provide free drawings according to your requirements. We can turn your ideas into drawings then make products based on the drawing. At this level, our engineers are yours.
FOB: Free On Board. Under this trade terms, the seller is responsible for sending goods to the ship. The buyer is responsible for shipping goods to destination port, import custom clearance, import duty, and road transport in his country.
CIF: Cost, insurance, and freight. Under this trade terms the seller is responsible for shipping and insurance cost from port of departure to port of destination. The buyer is responsible for import custom clearance, import duty, and road transport in his country.
DDU: Delivered duty unpaid---named port of destination. Under this term the seller is responsible for shipping and insurance cost from port of departure to port of destination, the customs clearance fee in the destination and fee of delivering goods to customer's required location. The seller is responsible for import duties and other duties.
DDP: Delivered Duty Paid---named port of destination. Under this term, the seller is responsible for shipping and insurance cost from port of departure to port of destination, the customs clearance fee, import duty and the fee of delivering goods to customer's required location. The buyer only needs to cooperate with seller to finish all procedures.
Production Progress Feedback
When one order is started to be produced, we always let the customers know the production process in time by sending photos or videos to them. They can book container and ship the cargo in time if they know order finishing time.
Send QC Report And Photos Before Shipping
Before shipment, we send the QC report and the finished product photos to the customers. They know whether the goods are qualified through this information. If the customer considers products are unqualified, we modify them as soon as possible till they are satisfied. By doing this customers can know the quality even if they cannot come to factory to check.
Accept Third Party Checking Before Shipping
Customers can commission a third party to check products quality before shipment. All quality problems can be found and solved before shipping by third party checking and ensure that all products customer received are qualified.
One Year Warranty
We promise one year warranty for our products. If there is any quality problem within one year, we replace them for free. We are an manufacturer and have our own factory. Welcome to visit our factory anytime if you have concerns with us.
